PATIENT ASSISTANCE

Many families find that their insurance doesn’t cover all the costs associated with a transplant. These costs include the search for a donor or cord blood unit, travel and lodging when the transplant center is far from home, caregiver or patient lost wages, prescription co-pays, and many other transplant related costs. Be The Match® helps provide financial assistance to patients and their families in need of financial assistance before, during, and after transplant. These grants help patients financially so they can focus on what matters most – healing.
